The Necessityof Baptism. This is a very important article regarding the importance of baptism and its necessity. This Sunday we read the following readings in Church: the Prophet Isaiah 49:3,5-6 Psalm 40 Letter of St. Paul to the Corinthians 1:1-3 and the Gospel reading from John 1:29-34 Baptism marks the person as Christ's own for ever. Jesus Christ is the man God wants every person to be like." At baptism we are marked as Christ's own for ever. Praise the Lord!!!
